1. The following are examples of included questions and the phrases they follow:
I don't know what the weather is supposed to be tomorrow.
I wonder if all the students will be here today.
I'm not sure if I am going to be here tomorrow.
Do you know where a bookstore is?
Are you sure that he said that?
I can't decide if I want to go out or stay home.
etc.


2. Use affirmative word order in the included question:
What time is the test?-->Do you know what time the test is?
Where can I find a restaurant-->Can you tell me where I can find a restaurant?

Incorrect-->Can you tell me where can I find a restaurant?

3. Omit do/does and did.
Where does Paul live?-->I don't know where Paul lives.
Did it rain in Dallas?-->Do you know whether it rained in Dallas?

4. In questions with if or whether, the phrase or not can be put at the end of the sentence:
Do you know if it rained in Dallas or not?
Do you know whether it rained in Dallas or not?


Note: If and whether have the same meaning.
